Fëpifk-qonê Fêqê (/ˈsohɘ/ /ˈqonɘ/ [famous] [note]) is a subtropical Large Town located in the Rehîêro Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Fëpifk-qonê Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Fëpifk-qonê Fêqê was founded by Shêbêb Shêmeshê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Fëpifk-qonê Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 20°C (68°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 10°C (50°F). Fëpifk-qonê Fêqê receives an average of 216 cm/y (85 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Fëpifk-qonê Fêqê was founded durring the early 13th century in summer of the year 1222, by Shêbêb Shêmeshê. The establishment of Fëpifk-qonê Fêqê suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Fëpifk-qonê Fêqê which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Fëpifk-qonê Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fëpifk-qonê Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Fëpifk-qonê Fêqê is buildings are arranged arround a single crampt canals mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's peasent-grade have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
Your first impression of Fëpifk-qonê Fêqê proves to be right on the money. This town is where the rebels chose to settle. Fashion trends are quite simply the opposite of what’s popular in the other nearby communities. THis trend extends everywhere. Things that should be black are white, what would normally be square is organically curved, and what is typically unthinkable for polite society is more than welcome in this public square. Up to the logical limits, of course. There’s no flaying someone alive to eat their skin going on, but the women are dressed a little immodestly, the men are a little more emotional, and the food is all overly complex and terrible.

They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Fëpifk-qonê Fêqê's natural decorations nor waterways.

Cultural Notes
Fëpifk-qonê Fêqê's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..
